Here is Dan making a point that you should make a discipline of focusing on what you can control and procrastinate on everything that you cannot control.

Dan took questions at the end of his talk.  His style was lively, animated, upbeat and humorous.  He sprinkled personal experience, anecdotes and a good bit of mimicry into his presentation.

J. Liu Restaurant on N. High in Worthington where the combined organizations of ISM, CO-OP and APICS met on the second floor.  This was a very nice meeting room and everyone felt very comfortable.  The food was great and the presentation was actually very entertaining as well as deeply informative.
