Here on the wall hangs a timeline of the company history, and below on the table is the feast for the guests taking the tour.

Andrea Prud'homme, Education, was excited to take the tour.

Quality Control is very important.  BrewDog wants their beer to taste the same no matter whether it is made in Europe or America.  They have a special lab area set aside for this process.  This team member is tasked with ensuring consistency.

Grain is loaded in this grain mill as one of the first steps.

We could drink a sample can of BrewDog beer or hard seltzer as we meandered through their facility on the tour.  This greatly enhanced the experience.  As you can see, the whole facility is floor to ceiling stainless pipes and tanks.

Everyone really enjoyed the tour.  If ASCM tours any brewery or distillery, you should really plan to attend.  Even a second or third time is fun.  Most of our tour group can be seen in this photo except for one member where you can only see a sliver of their face, and the main tour guide is completely obscured.
