ASCM Columbus Forum Newsletter - March 2023
President's Report

ASCM Columbus Forum Members and Friends:
Sorry for the long break between newsletters! As you know, life gets crazy. Lots of exciting things going on in Columbus' supply chain and logistics community. We've appreciated the great turnout at our many events (both virtual and in-person), and we look forward to offering more in the 2023-2024 program year.
As always, we're available to help identify opportunities for you to:
- Earn your APICS certification.
- Earn continuing education credits for the certification(s) you may already have.
- Help you to connect with other supply chain professionals.
- And leverage the amazing Columbus supply chain community.
My term as Columbus Forum president will end in June, and I'm pleased to share that Burl Scott (DHL) will step in as the 2023-2024 president. Thank you, Burl! This time will also be an opportunity to induct new Board members for the Forum. And so, if you have any interest in board governance, please feel free to reach out to me ([email protected]) and we're happy to chat!
Thanks, and Go Bucks!

BOMS Update

For the uninitiated, the ASCM Columbus Forum has a partner Student Forum at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. BOMS (the Buckeye Operations Management Society)! BOMS continues to be an active and healthy student organization. Keep an eye on the Forum PDM calendar for our joint meeting with BOMS, next scheduled for October 2023.
